Kinda Blows the Idea of "Border Patrol," No?
Check out this genius bit of engineering. It seems the feds have found a 3600 foot tunnel leading from Tijuana, Mexico, straight into Otay Mesa, California. The tunnel originates in a warehouse in Mexico, and terminates in a similar warehouse here in the States, and contains systems for moving water, lighting, ventilation, electricity, and, whoops, two tons of marijuana. It is the most sophisticated of the more than 20 tunnels that have been found along the US/Mexico border since 9/11.
