		<description>Your subsidy goes down with consumption. If your dad uses less electricity he gets a better subsidy. It makes sense if you look at it from a Mexican standpoint. If you use less luz it&#039;s because you have less stuff that consumes electricity therefore you must be economically disadvantaged so you need a bigger subsidy.
